I'm so excited to be joining the ensemble for a virtual concert of the musical Sticks and Stones. The event is a fundraiser for Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting youth mental health and working with young people to build a kinder and braver world.

The show is a new sung-through musical which adapts the Biblical story of David to address teen bullying starring Joshua Colley (Les Miserables, Newsies) as David. George Salazar (Be More Chill, Godspell) as King Saul, Mykal Kilgore (Motown the Musical, Book of Mormon, Hair, NBC's The Wiz Live!, Jesus Christ Superstar Live) as the Prophet Samuel, and Javier Muñoz (Hamilton, in the Heights) as David's father Jesse. Six-time Tony Award, and Emmy & Grammy Award winner Audra McDonald will make a special guest appearance as Nizevet, David's mother.

STICKS & STONES features music by Grammy and Emmy Award winning composer John McDaniel (The Rosie O'Donnell Show) and book and lyrics by Scott Logsdon. #choosetobekind #bornthiswayfoundation #sticksandstonesmusical

GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK CONCERT SERIES: Vol 7

July 30th, 2020

Youtube Live

Cabaret producer Scott Siegel, well known for his multiple concert series at the Town Hall and Feinstein’s/54 Below, has developed a promising model for his virtual programming: He crowdsources funding in advance so he can actually pay the performers who are singing remotely. In this seventh episode, recorded and edited in advance, Siegel serves as host for a lineup that includes Karen Ziemba, Emily Skinner, Kerry O’Malley, Tony DeSare, Mark Nadler, Michael Winther, Ben Jones, Dongwoo Kang, Q-Lim, Anais Reno and Luana Psaros.

*Chosen as a PICK byTime Out NY - Adam Feldman.

54 Sings Broadways Greatest HiTS

November 30th, 2019

@ Feinstein's 54 Below - New York NY

Right after Thanksgiving I got to perform two of my favorite songs, Breathe (In the Heights) and I'm the Greatest Star (Funny Girl) at 54 Below, alongside a wonderful cast!

“Scott Siegel’s 54 Sings Broadway’s Greatest Hits is among the most successful series of cabaret shows of the 21st century. The reason for the series’ success (every show is sold out) is that Siegel gathers together some of the very best voices from the Broadway, cabaret, and for this show, the opera world to perform a well-thought-out collection of some of the best songs from Broadway musicals,”

becoming nancy

Based on the bestselling novel by Terry Roland

Book by Elliot Davis

Music and Lyrics by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe

Directed/Choreographed by Jerry Mitchell

Sept. 6th - Oct. 6th 2019

@ The Alliance Theatre - Atlanta, GA

I am THRILLED to be joining the Becoming Nancy cast for its world premiere to originate the role of Marcia Tubbert at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia!

"Set in 1979, Becoming Nancy concerns David Starr, a talented high schooler in East Dulwich who idolizes the likes of Blondie, Sting, and Kate Bush—and has been cast as the female lead Nancy in the school's production of Oliver! The unconventional casting sends shockwaves through David’s small town, first with David, and then with his parents, his aunt, and his classmates."

"A national showcase that introduces New York audiences to the next generation of up-and-coming talent as chosen by a panel of discerning judges from among the most outstanding new graduates from acclaimed institutions.

Starring exceptional graduates from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), Marymount Manhattan College, Circle in the Square, NYU Steinhardt, NYU Tisch, Pace University, Webster University, Wagner College, University of Miami"
